Google has finally launched its Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P in India. The company has followed the 'exclusive' strategy for these new devices. While Nexus 5X will be retailed exclusively on Amazon India, the Huawei-made Nexus 6P will be available only on Flipkart. You can pre-order the device today, but actual sales will begin from October 21.

Nexus 6P sports a 5.7-inch Quad-HD 2560x1440p AMOLED display running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Powered by the 64-bit SoC, 3GB RAM, the Nexus 6P seems to have all the attributes of becoming a popular phone.

On the aesthetics front, the Nexus 6P is the first Nexus phone with full-metal body; along with that you also get a fingerprint scanner which Google is calling Nexus Imprint. Huawei and Google have opted for a 12.3MP rear camera (with 1.55 micron pixels) which, as per Google, is powerful enough to click pictures in the lowest of light, let alone bright outdoor conditions.

Nexus 6P is priced at Rs 39,999 (32GB) and Rs 42,999 (64 GB) in India, which is in line with the prices that were disclosed earlier.

On the other hand, the Nexus 5X comes with a 5.2-inch screen and has a 1080p display, which is protected by Gorilla Glass 3 and weighs 136 grams. The Nexus 5X also comes fitted with a 12.3MP rear camera that is capable of recording 4K video as well as slow motion video. Nexus 5X will be priced at Rs 31,900 for 16GB variant and the 32GB version costs Rs 35,900.

The Nexus 5X packs in a 2,700mAh battery and supports USB-C charging connector for fast charging. The phone is powered by Snapdragon 808 processor and runs on Android Marshmallow. The Nexusphones are now available in India but a bit pricey
